Well Iv posted about a million times on what to buy. But here is the real deal

I built a ported box for my buddy's two L7 15 its the biggest box

recommended by kicker. And it is crazy loud in his truck. He has a hifonics BIX 2606 class D pushing these subs.

I have the exact same amp but, Just some old crappie premier 12 right now.

Iv been looking at a multiple sub set up like four 12 or four 15in subs

Well i found these Hifonics B15D2 15" 700W RMS Dual 2 Ohm

So my ??? is will these be louder than his kickers, If I put them in a

massive ported box? And the plus is I can get them shipped for around 400$$

Finally some one else sees those Hifonics Subs. They are amazing and if you build box to spec ported they would most likely get as loud of louder as long as you do ports and sub firing right depending on your vehicle

Well iv already designed a box. Its 52in wide 32in tall and 24in deep 16.67 cubic ft, and im planing on it being a chambered box so the ports wont be hard to make The port dimensions for

each chamber will be 15.5in high x 3.5in wide x 18in deep. Thats what the Hifonics tec told

me to do. Does that sound good ??

I would say that most likely you will be louder with 4 ported 12s or 15s, assuming you give them enough power, and your box is good.

just keep this in mind, if you both had the same gear, same box, same song/test tone, his shit would be louder. SUVs own the loud and Xcab trucks ****-ers at it!
