So heres the situation.....

Dayna tries to tell Lacey to break up with me, and how nasty I am, and how she thinks my peen-peen is small....immature stuff. She also stares at me at lunch at school.

Dayna told lacey shes trying to turn me in for harassment. I havent talked to her!!!!! The only thing I say about her is to lacey, and that is "shes trying to break us up. shes starting crap"

She came up with lacey and stared at me. I told her to leave. I turn my back to her, and she punches me frickin hard with a ring in the side of my head, and gives me a headache. I told her to leave after that, and she didnt. So i did.

Im afraid that If i go say something to the AP about her crap that wont stop, dayna, being a girl, wouldnt get anything but a slap on the wrist. But what she did instagating is a Class C Misdeneanor, and Battery is a Class D misdemeanor. And she will try telling them im harassing her, and they will believe her because shes a girl, and i will get in trouble.

AND, to top it off, im going with friends to go eat the hottest wings at a local wing shack to get on the "wall of flame", and daynas friends with one of mine. and HES BRINGING HER ALONG!!!! Ive planned this for 2 weeks now! Should I go?? Should I go say something to the AP? What should I do??

You cant hit her. You can report the shit, but if nothing happens oh well, you did what you could. There's only so many ways you can deal with it bossman, but hitting her isnt one. Realize that she is a young lady/***** and yes, if you hit her or anything it will be your *** and she'll play it up to assure that everything that can f*ck you will f*ck you.

If she does it again put her in her place verbally, dont be a poon about it. Tell her that she's not going to touch you again, that if she does hit you again, you will do what you need to do. Woman or not, if she's attacking you and actually hitting you, you have a right to defend yourself. If she starts wailing on you again, grab her *** and put her on the ground and restrain her, do not hit her, I repeat, do not hit her.

You have to stand up for yourself, dont let the 16 year old hoe walk all over your *** son. Just go ahead and talk to someone about it, state that you are being harassed and if you want get a friend or two to go with you to verify what's going on, they'll tell her to leave you alone(but that's bout it). If it continues happening, they'll suspend her. If she hits you and people see it, they'll arrest and suspend her for simple battery.
