Ohms! is this right?

So I was looking at my wiring diagrams for my chevy blazer and it shows

my front speakers (f-door,dash) are hooked up in parallel. So looking at the stock speakers

the door speaker is 9.5 ohm and dash(tweeter) is 4 ohm which together = 2.8 Ohms according

to this site:Speaker Impedance

Can this be right? considering its stock setup and HU's are pretty much all 4 - 8 ohm?
