ohm set up with mono amp...

ok i have 2 dvc 4 ohm subz...

i can simply rig them too = 1 ohm

i have a hyfonics bxi2006 D class amp...

1 channel............

but my amp has x2 +'s and x2 -'s

if i hook my x1 - and x1 + too...

just one set of - and +'s will i get my full 2000 watts rms from my amp or how else should i do this?

yes you'll get full power that way, the amp has two sets of (+) and (-) terminals to make wiring easier, it connects them in series inside the amp. So to keep the impedence u need just use one of the (+) terminals and one of the (-) terminals.

awsome man thanks, was just making sure cuz ive got a lil more then a G invested and dont want to do NE THING wrong lol

also i have 2 "yellow top" batteries i wannt hook up "1 hooked up at da moment"

if i hook my +'s to postives and negs to negs will i fry my car with 24vs?!!

how do i hook 2 baterries to still = 12 v's?

not sure what u mean exactly, but its all basically stock...so....

well to hook up two batteris u run a power wire from the first battery (+) to the second battery (+) with a fuse in between them, the (-) terminals each are seperately grounded to the car, then run a power wire for the amp from the second battery with a fuse on that one too. Most importantly you will need an isolater. There are A LOT more of threads asking this question you can search for.

BUT, more importantly a second battery should not be a high priority as it will put more strain on your stock alternater. I recommend doing the Big 3 (mainy threads about this as well) and/or a High Output alternator before even considering installing another battery.
