I hooked up both my subs to a DMM and the ohm load is reading .8 ohms. My amp is 1 ohm stable. How much is this going to effect the amp if at all. I tried searching, but i didnt find what i was lookin for, so ne and all help is appreciated. Thanks guys

It won't.

What you measured the DMM is the DCR, or resistance, of the subwoofers and not their "nominal" impedance (which is what subwoofers are rated by...a 4ohm subwoofer has a 4ohm nominal impedance). Their nominal impedance will be higher than what you just measured.

The amplifier will very rarily, if ever, actually "see" the value you just measured with the DMM. It will almost always be higher.
