its not really 1000watts. Your gonna pay about 200 bottom line for a true 1000 watts.

I haven't had any experience with ma amps. So I don't know if its a true 1000 watts, but I'd have say the sundown is a lot better buy.

Another factor I didn't metion but should have is longevity.last for about 1 day longer than the warranty period.
