OH MY GOD my RE 35.1d!!!!

Warren G: Try the gain-setting tutorial. If you still are convinced there might be something wrong with the amplifier, try this...

If you have a curiosity in taking things apart, like I do, go for it. Just gotta remember how it goes back together, and above all, BE CAREFUL. just look and/or smell around the board and check stuff like i checked. Smells are generally funky-assed when it comes to electrical fires/close-to-fires. Did you see any smoke?

Try to put the gains at the same spot as they were before you got that problem.

Good luck

at a spring break jam some dudes little yellow rear engine car caught on fire due to a wiring mishap....1/3 of the car totally scorched it was a sweet car too weird thing about it his last name was Ha....i wouldnt laff at a time like that 20 grand easy up in flames

i think i have some of that. but i don't know how to use it...

i have heard that you do something like... make the solder hot, then put the braid onto it, then pull the solder out with the braid while you heat the other side?

looks like this

you lay it over the solder you want to remove, heat the solder with your iron until the braid 'sucks' it up off the board, and move to the next pin.

really simple.

simple enough! hope i don't **** it up //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

i'm going to bed. REQ i incredibly encourage the same ..........

ok i'll stop being your mom now.

i have a solder sucker, but i have never used it. my friend says that it's really difficult to use effectively, and that the braid works a lot better //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
