Is there anything better as far as Weapons, Offhanders, and Pants go?

I have not trained in quite a while but the last time I trained, I was still a level 26 and all my attributes were 100K. I have fought other level 25-30 and they have had stats in the 200K. I'm now just trying to level up really high and then start to train again because you get more. Right now, I get around 1100 per train.
