Once I hit lvl 30 i want to train hardcore for a while, what are your stats at level 12?

I am level 13 and here are my attributes, I have been trying to work on them. I seem to get my *** kicked when ever I attack anyone around my level //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif so thats why I need to do some hardcore training for a while. by hardcore I mean not save any of my money and just buy points when they are cheap and use them to train.
