Dude no lie. At school today, it was like 60 I think. Huge snow jackets, scarfs, snow boots, mittens, I mean everything.

I was shoveling the rest of my driveway today.

It was in the low 30's, I had a jacket and a sweatshirt on and I was SWEATING. I had to take the jacket off.

If I bundled up like that and it was in the 60's I would probably lose 5 pounds in sweat.

LOL. The funny thing is, people will go on trips up north and have nothing to wear, so they'll buy huge snow jackets for the trip. Then when it gets cold here all they have is t-shirts and eskimo parkas hahaha.

And they're still freezing. lmao.

it was like 4 when i woke up at 7am and warmed up to a brisk 15 all day long...i was in pants, a nice plaid hoodie, and my snow bootz!!! Ppl in fla take "cold" weather to the extremes.

Hottest I've ever seen in Florida - 112, coldest - 11 I think. I couldnt imagine being in below zero, or like 30 below as some of you crazy bastards have been through.

And that was INSIDE my garage. Luckily with the wood-burning stove and the truck running on and off I got the temperature up into the 50's.

Maybe on a track or straight run. Bring an "old" mountain max to the hills climbs in Jackson WY. around march and see how it does against some newer machines

Totally agree - tired of ppl talkin about fast sleds on perfect flat packed snow.......doesnt mean shit to me, I want to be in the Mountains!!!!!!!!!!

So far so good I really cant wait to bring it to a race. Heres a few more pics from the 440 to 840 project. Anyone else got any modded sleds?

Thats a nice sled right there for sure. My dads are bone stock except for suspension upgrades on his older Mach Z. Fastest I got the Rev 800ho was 107 was rough and somewhat hard to read the little digital speedo at the time. Fastest my dad said he got the Mach Z was 115 though. I do know the 800HO will keep up with the Mach Z from 0-80 then the Z pulls ahead hard. Still fast enough for me out on old rail beds in Maine though.

Can't wait to get up there next week for some riding sure should be a good time.

it was declared state of emergency so i was able to ride on the streets, but they saw me goin way to fast and heard the engine sreammmin, and told me they could give me a $200 ticket and tow it for $200...and yeah this 600 goes 115 but 800 triples go 130-140...i will have 1 by mid winter //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

they do not go 140. I have raced sleds with my father forever. You will be lucky to do over 115 or so with a big 800 triple. I do like your front suspension. Copy Polaris much???? lol

make sure u close the garage door while the truck is running to get it warmer faster next time
