110 on an old a$$ vmax 600? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/bsflag.gif.21f42eccd34b7d1eb1608fb1b59b69c3.gif

Maybe 50-60 tops

The hp for the Vmax 600 is 94.1hp at the Snow Goer shootout

It was dynoed by Dynotech

Top speed would be in the 95mph range

Super reliable BUT due to small gas tank the range is not its best quality

I stand corrected......but still not 110

jus because its a 1996 doesnt mean its slow moron, if you snowmobiled you would know that...take an "old ***" 1994 mach z 800 triple...they are still one of the fastest sleds around, they do 130-135 i believe...no they dont have reverse or hand warmers, because they were built to go fast!!!

I got this sled last year as my first sled and have modified it to take most 600's out there, instead of going out and spending $5-7k on a new one...call it old all you want but when im passing your ***, you'll be wishing you had 1.

I didn't say it slow fukstick! Read my second post. And I do ride snowmobiles if you couldn't gather that from my username. I just don't ride the little short track sleds, mountain climbing is my thing.

I'm with you Floridians/southerners alike.

We have no idea what these yankees are talking about and thus can only contribute by saying,

fourwheelers>snowmobiles.

but that's just IMO. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

I agree...i was just making a point that old snowmobiles can still keep up with new ones at 1/2 the cost.
Maybe on a track or straight run. Bring an "old" mountain max to the hills climbs in Jackson WY. around march and see how it does against some newer machines
