They cant. But Iowa City is a great place to be on gameday. My dad's buddy owns the Wig & Pen and we get our party on.

Yeah, the town is crazy small for a college town. Normal population is like 30,000. When school is in it's like 60,000. Just college kids getting drunk everywhere. Crazy.
