Brown has alot of play time cause white was hurt quite a bit in his soph and jr years. should do decent, stronger arm and bigger than pat white just not as fast. I just checked and sowers is still on the roster, he was a qb in high school in WV and a decent player.

I go to the highschool Noel Devine went to, I was a freshman when he was a Senior.

I wish Iowa still had Shonn Greene, but the guy wasn't really meant for college. He's gonna be a beast at the Jets though . Hope we can do good this year.

No I say it because he didn't go to the NFL last year because he wouldn't have been drafted high enough for his tastes, and there are other people in the league that are just as likely to win the Heisman this year as he is.

I agree that he wouldn't be a very high pick, I just don't see him as a successful NFL QB. However it'll be fun to watch him walk all over the SEC again this year.

KNOXVILLE -- An NCAA representative is in Knoxville investigating whether the amateur status of Tennessee freshman running back Bryce Brown has been violated.

I don't understand. I mean, I understand paying a kid to play for a university is very wrong, but what's there to investigate about a 16yr old sophomore in high school raising money so he can attend skill camps? It's pretty common actually.

The way they are talking, if the investigation holds true Brown will be ineligible to play college ball.....forever..... Way to ruin a kids future.....Even if they find this to be wrong, which I think is just being blown out of proportion, he was 16 years old.

Why isn't the NCAA invesigating the other kids involved with this fund raising?
