Wife's comments - - - Halloween movies are the best - still like to watch them. Has anyone seen Saw or Saw 2 - talk about bizarre. Those were good ones! The Ring and the Ring 2. Ok, now comedies - American Pie - well they are a bit juvenile but remind me of those dumb movies I watched in high school - Last American Virgin, for example. Pretty funny. Austin Powers - how about those. Kind of silly but lots of great humor and who can't like Mike Meyers?!?! Action - well, those aren't my favorite but I liked Cliff Hanger - does anyone remember that? I suppose I remember it because the opening scene is a chick falling to her death and it just kept me on the edge of my seat. Saving Private Ryan - way good! What about Forrest Gump - now that's going to be a classic! I could go on and on but I'm so bad about movie titles. Just got around to watching Star Wars Episode 1: Phantom Menace and Episode 2: Attack of the Clones for the first time this weekend.

Overall, they were pretty good. I watched the older ones during the summer for the first time and thought I needed to finish up the series. It's cool for me going through the movie and putting the characters with the names that I've heard the past few years... but I'm still kind of confused about the whole Sabe/Queen Amadala thing in episode 1.

Next up for me is Ep: 3, either tonight or tomorrow night. I know, I know, probably everybody on here has already seen the series and I'm just getting around to watching 'em, pretty pathetic... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/hide.gif.2d479cfd917eedfe201353b91522ceab.gif

was never into Star Wars at all...could never stand it...don't know why...just never appealed to me...I just watched a pretty weird movie...Identity....if you haven't seen it...watch it...I liked it alot

Wife's comments - - - I have seen bits and pieces of Star Wars but really need to sit down and watch them from beginning to end. I am a little lost with who's who an following it too because I waited way too long in between episodes to figure it out. I know there are a ton of huge fans so I'm sure I'll really enjoy them if I start over.......

7.1 is where it's at. then again it doesn't truely filter through it but me like's it anyway lol. ep 3 is terrible acting, terrible screen write, and well just terrible in a lot of aspects. my biggest beef with ep 1-3 is 1)making ewan mcgregor a bad actor, he's IMO an amazing actor. 2) same with natalie portman also very good and in ep 3 with haden christianson good actor. the fight scene's are good but the rest just leave's me wanting.

Just got done watching Ep: 3 and I have to say that I was somewhat disappointed in the movie, except for the last 30 mins or so when it tied everything together. Even though I knew everything that was coming, it was cool seeing Darth Vader put together.

Hayden Christiansen was good in it, but he annoyed me for some reason in the third one. Oh well, at least now I can say that I watched all the Star Wars and people can't tell me that I'm missing out on it anymore.

And one more thing, Yoda is freakin' pimp. His lightsaber skills are intense and the animation of him jumping around was awesome! Now I know why a lot of people like Yoda.

I liked all the Star Wars movies, even the old ones. But I will agree to a point that the 3rd one lacked something. I cant put my finger on it, but there is something there I didnt like. Oh well. I think what I would like to do now is get the whole series and watch them from beginning to the end.
