Just watched Final Destination 3 and this is the only series I can ever recall watching where the sequels are progressively getting better as they go on. I think the 3rd one was by far the best out of the three movies.

Hated Jason/Friday the 13th flicks never saw the point. You can't ever hurt or stop jason in any sense of the word and that bugged me. He ran out of reasons to kill IMO but the creators just couldn't let it die.
My 2 favorite slasher's are Halloween and Nightmare on Elm Street only b/c I think Freddy is the shit. I loved the way he wouldn't just kill you, Michael Myers and Jason just walked faster than anyone could run (even that black dude in Jason in Manhattan or whatever it was and we all know, no white boy is faster than a black man come on now.) Freddy actually would mess with you and let it seem from time to time that the human could feasably win, that and I thought they had twisted and original plots. Now the middle of the sereis sucked but IMO it's due to director changing and the 1st and very last are the best b/c of Wes Craven. With that being said, i loved and still do love the Scream Trilogy. IMO the 2nd was sorta weak but they are going to go down as a classic i think. The 1st one scared the shit outta me and I'd be willing to bet most people on this forum as well as it was something that could happen.

I liked the Scream movies alot as well. I remember I was about 9 or 10 when i saw the first one. The thing that I really liked the most it was the fact that it was REAL people. They actually chased you, could get hurt...etc. I remember thinking when I was little there was a good chance it could be copy-catted by some freak lol and that is what scared me about those movies. Good trilogy though....

i really enjoyed Final Destination and then I sadly saw the 2nd one. It was a pile of dog doo to me lol. I'd not waste my time or $ on the 3rd as the previews looked stupid to me.
