Well... i am a big fan of cinema, and would like to have an open discussion about any movie (especially horror //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/yumyum.gif.0556df42231b304b9c995aefd13928a8.gif )

HOPEFULLY we can get somewhat of a 'database' so that if you search, you can find some info on the movie you are looking for.

One Rule: Do not bash anyone's opinion... Debates are encouraged but if someone enjoyed brokeback mountain (//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif ) for example, be mature about it

We'll start with:

THE OMEN: Went and watched it last night. Stayed relatively true to the original. NOT scary but certainly jumpy at certain points. Julia Styles played her part well.

Nothing new and original in this film... just a pure remake. ( won't ruin it for the rest of you, it's worth a gander)

I'd give it a 7/10 for a remake (good for a remake)

Also, if you are or ever were into the 80's slasher films, I have recently heard news of my most favorite series... the Halloween series. Rob Zombie will be directing Halloween 9... Which will come out October of '07. Am still skeptical but who knows.

Halloween is my favorite Horror series as well...always has been...somethin' about that **** white mask lol...no I just like when people are walkin' through the room and like the lightening will flash and you'll see his face for a second...some aspects of that series are planned brilliantly...and he's just a bad ***...and as of Halloween 9 that is sweet...I knew there'd be at LEAST one more after ressurection...

Friday the 13th is retarded...Jason goes to Manhattan and Jason goes to Hell are the only two even close to worth watching...some Nightmare on Elmstreets are decent....I am big into Ghosts, Spirits, Entities, Demons, and things of that nature...so I would like to see an American Haunting....I like the Exorcism of Emily Rose to...that was the shit....

agreed... not a big "killer" fan but the halloween series caught my eye years a go. I am huge fan of the holiday. It isn't celebrated as much anymore but i have to keep it alive somewhere... lol

Exorcism of Emily rose was very creepy to me because i have a somewhat religious background and it really hits my primal fear. (the unkown)

You will have a field day with Stigmata if you havn't seen it

Well seen some good ones and some not so good ones as of late.

Underworld-Evolution

Loved this movie. For it being the 2nd one it was well worth it since I didnt go to the theater to see it. I actually liked it better than the 1st one. Also Kate Beckinsale is a godess...... If you liked the first one than I think you will be more than impressed with this one. 9/10

X-Men 3

Was pretty good for the most part. I didnt like how they went about certain characters like the juggernaut, but hey whatever right. Was funny with that line he said though. Had a lot of action and was better than the 2nd one, that is for sure. I give it a 7/10

Friggin movie was like watching a blue screen the whole time. I dont know just seemed like everything was fake to me. Like when the shipp flips and just really looks fake. I mean I am no professional movie critic but jesus H christ. Was very boring as well. I mean I was just bored off my a-s-s watching this. Underworld 2....just came out on DVD...im ranting and ravin about it...the movie is THE SHIZNIIIT! if you saw the first one, you MUST see the second...bad ***...on my favorite all time list for action movies. And kate beckinsale....OOOOOOOOhhhhhh, soo sexy.

The Evil Dead series = teh win.

Bruce Campbell truly is a god among men.

The first one is great, good horror. Second is okay, its where he gets the chainsaw!

Third is by far the best, great action/adventure/horror.

The Village.

Another great movie that many people seem to hate on. I like how he makes it an allegory for America post 9/11. Anything done by M. Night Shymalayan (sp?) is a great movie.
