Let get one thing straight though...we are guaranteed 8% discount even though you guys keep updating saying that 23 people will pay. There is a chance that some of those 23 don't pay, correct? Therefor we are not guaranteed a 23% until they actually pay instead its a for sure 8% discount, correct?
