By the way, I traded Denver's D/ST for Calvin Johnson in my FF money league. That dumbass just handed me the championship.

I picked the D/ST up from the waivers list and traded them for a legit #1 WR...

If we can beat the patriots and then go to SD and win next week to go 6-0 I will cry and sing nothing but praises for McHoodie... I must admit I wasn't a believer with all of his offseason moves but motha fuking Nolan has that defense playing with passion.

I wonder what our team would be like with Shanny, Cutler and just using Nolan as a D Coordinator...

Denver's defense has been playing at an elite level, there's no doubt about that. Imagine if they would've played like that last year. You guys would've been Superbowl contenders.

I have no ill will towards the Denver organization whatsoever. I love the fact that my Bears got a star QB from them, and I've followed Orton's career from the beginning. There's no reason to hate the guy or wish failure upon him just because he was traded away. Seriously, Denver has an interesting story going for them right now. They've accomplished more in 4 weeks than many people thought they would all year.

I do wish that some of Denver's fanbase would quit trash talking my new QB, though. That's getting old quick. Lots of the Denver fans are acting like psychotic ex-girlfriends, and there's no point in it. Players come and go. You're supposed to be a fan of the organization as a whole...

I'm part of the Broncos fanbase that still loves Cutler... He was supposed to finally be a replacement for Elway after we went through 10 years of scrubs and one handballing hippy.

Orton doesn't turn the ball over which is his only strength, he kind of reminds me of Chad friggin Pennington though.

Also, you guys have Marshall, Royal, Schefler (sp). Jay's working with rookies, a terrible o-line, the league's worst offensive coordinator, a non-existant running game and a converted DB/kick returner.

It's cool that you don't bash the hell out of the guy. I respect that.

I'm familiar with Orton's flaws as well as his attributes, man. I've watched or listened to every single game he's played in the NFL up until this season, and I've watched one preseason and two regular season Denver games this season.

Orton is playing better than he ever has....BY FAR. He's also had some luck on his side this season. I'm not convinced that he can keep playing at this level. I hope he does, but I have my doubts.

Being compared to Chad Pennington isn't so bad, really. Pennington is a MUCH better QB than most people realize.

Don't look now, but the Broncos are trying to go 5-0 for the first time in 11 years. Worth noting: Their four wins have come against teams with a combined record of 5-10. This game should give us a more accurate indication as to whether they are for real.
