Off topic: basic home audio question

Always been heavy into sq car audio. Looking to build a decent quality surround system for my living room. Nothing booming, I more so want clarity. It's a twin home so a subwoofer might be out of the question. I prefer smaller speakers like the size of Bose cube speakers. I do like the clarity of Bose speakers but not the price, my friend has one of there expense I've set ups. I do like the full range of klipsch as well.

Dayton makes a cube size speaker. Any other suggestions? I don't have a ton to spend. I would love to do a 7.1, with at most, a 6in woofer, maybe. More concerned with speakers though and suggests for good brands not overly expensive. I'm not looking for movie theatre pristine.

Also, I have a TC epic 10, in a tiny tiny sealed box I had in my car, any way to make it work in a home audio setup? Just curious!

I always liked the looks of these and I can vouch for the 2" Aura being a great little driver.

No reason you shouldn't use the 10" epic as a sub.... provided you have a receiver with powered sub channel.
