If I were to buy the Audio Control EQX-II, would it still be better for me to add a LC6 or LC8 to that or would that improve my SQ good enough?

I've been planning to use the LC6 when I install an amp with my OEM radio in my 2006 Silverado. I like the LC6 because it can take 4 channels and give you sub out with sub volume control.

So there's a couple good reviews on the LC6 but would I need it if I add an EQX-II to my factory HU?

Anymore help would be appreciated. I know that the 3sixty.1 and LC8 eq and flatten the factory HU's eq settings, but could I do that with the EQX-II or would it help to have an LC8 and the EQX?
