OD of Hifonics HFI12D4 - Anyone know it??

Making a glass box for 2 Hifonics HFI12D4's but I dont know the outer diameter exactly. All the spec sheet shows is the 10.9" cutout, anyone know the OD??

Supposedly someone just measured one for me and said it was 12".

A 1/4" would make a big difference here though
