Obsidian Audio, the real deal? Other suggestions...

Ok, so I am searching for 2 10s or 12s. Need them to take about 600-700 each, and be dual 2 or single 4. I also need them to be descent in a sealed box.

Was looking at the Obsidians, and they are about $140 each, new. I was curious how good they are, who has experience with them, opinions?

If not too good, then any other ideas? Was thinking Dayton HOs, or something similar.

Would be willing to trade my RD Alpha V1 for a pair of 10s.

obsidian are great stuff, take well over rms and sound good doing it. Can't go wrong but in the end, it's all up to what you want. I'd like to have a pair of the 15s.

They are good people, heard that Rob offered to recone his personal lvl 5s for a customer so he could make a show date. Thats good stuff
