No.. Its going to get hot on 1000 RMS sealed.. Ive owned 4 Obsidian woofers.

Sealed boxes control heat better then ported cause they are constantly moving. You did it wrong.

OA woofers have great cooling.

They send a 60hz signal to each of the subs, you get full power, but very little cooling because the subs aren't moving much.

Lol really? Sealed boxes don't have that sub sits still bandwidth ported boxes have. They are flatter ie. sub moves all the time.

Those amps lack function and have horrible efficiency.

It could be argued that, while in a sealed application they sub is always moving but the overall excursion is reduced meaning less cooling than in a ported box. I'm just presenting arguments, can't confirm the validity of either statement.

Good amp. Not the best but it can hang with anything in its class. Best good amp that's cheaper.

There isn't anymore pressure. It goes out the same as it goes in.
