NVX VSP65KIT 6.5" V-Series Component Speakers System

are these a bad idea? I kinda jumped the gun earlier today and bought the NVX VSP69 NVX VSP69 6" x 9" V-Series Coaxial Car Audio Speakers

im obviously on a tight budget but im a bit of an audiophile, I do alot of home production, Im a bassist ,guitarist, and vocalist as well. So I want to have excellent sound quality in my car for listening pleasure and for mixing reference. I was originally gonna go with Image Dynamic CTX series, is it worth the 100 bucks more?
