NVX Amps Any Good?

I'm looking at their full bridge amps as they are marine certified and I need something semi water proof for the Jeep. The look decent but are probably just like all the other FB Chinese amps. My buddy still doesn't want to let go of his smart 3 so I am looking and figured I should go with a marine amp.

The vad 2700 is the one I'm looking at. Wish I could just get a Cab 22 but they are out of stock. Found one local but it looks rough. I could buy a new smart 3 but I want to try something different.

Think I'm going to try it, if it does the rated and a little more I will have room to upgrade. I don't see throwing more than 1500rms at this new sub.

From what I have seen on dyno, the 2700 does 28?? @ 1ohm. Thats certified.
