Get them fixed and sell them. I don't see the basket being bent either, just obvious the glue was crap to begin with. The insults were not necessary at all. WTH is up with some of these companies?

 
What a piece of work, I'd want to make him eat that speaker but yes I agree fix it yourself and sell them at least you aren't out to bad

You complain about b2's customer service yet didnt they replace a quota, that you broke, then ate it on a zero.1 to rectify a situation you had where you bought an amp then sold it to someone else and got scammed by a third person. Sounds like pretty ****** CS, especially when they ate it on 2 different amps.

And I've seen the chat log and it seems odd that you cut off the part where jack apologized about the speaker and said they would warranty it, all you had to do was send it in. Also wasn't this an issue 2 months ago and you are just now showing them pictures. And once again they said they would warranty it.

Now I will agree Jack may have used some language he shouldn't have. Word is he is on his way to a funeral in OK so perhaps you just caught him in a ****** situation. Not an excuse to speak like that but it should deserve some leniency.

Because every one here is a model of self control and appropriate language. Smh. Where are screen shots or actual proof that any of this was said? I don't run their products or have any loyalty to them but so far all I've seen is a dude sayin some he said she said crap.

He may deserve some compassion for his loss, but that in no way gives him in an excuse to say what he said. No leniency should be given.

 
The way jack was talking,leads me to believe that this is not the first time he had to deal with the OP for a warranty claim....

 
I have a feeling that conversation was taken waaaaay out of context. And with some shit purposely omitted.

The thing with Jack is that he's a regular guy. He develops personal relationships with his customers and talks in a "regular guy" way to them. Like you would a friend. He insults me and calls me names on a regular basis. But it's just in fun. Like guys do.

He did seem a bit agitated in the little bit of the conversation that was posted, but I suspect there is more to the story.

Shit happens. And this is the first time I've heard of their driver's glue failing. And he did offer to warranty it.

I dunno. I've never had anything less than stellar CS from B2.
