You complain about b2's customer service yet didnt they replace a quota, that you broke, then ate it on a zero.1 to rectify a situation you had where you bought an amp then sold it to someone else and got scammed by a third person. Sounds like pretty ****** CS, especially when they ate it on 2 different amps.
And I've seen the chat log and it seems odd that you cut off the part where jack apologized about the speaker and said they would warranty it, all you had to do was send it in. Also wasn't this an issue 2 months ago and you are just now showing them pictures. And once again they said they would warranty it.
Now I will agree Jack may have used some language he shouldn't have. Word is he is on his way to a funeral in OK so perhaps you just caught him in a ****** situation. Not an excuse to speak like that but it should deserve some leniency.

He may deserve some compassion for his loss, but that in no way gives him in an excuse to say what he said. No leniency should be given.And it turns out he got these speakers for free!So to reiterate:
