I have a feeling that conversation was taken waaaaay out of context. And with some shit purposely omitted.
The thing with Jack is that he's a regular guy. He develops personal relationships with his customers and talks in a "regular guy" way to them. Like you would a friend. He insults me and calls me names on a regular basis. But it's just in fun. Like guys do.

This thread actually makes me want to order something from B2,just to damage it,and see what Jack has to say to me.

You complain about b2's customer service yet didnt they replace a quota, that you broke, then ate it on a zero.1 to rectify a situation you had where you bought an amp then sold it to someone else and got scammed by a third person. Sounds like pretty ****** CS, especially when they ate it on 2 different amps.

And I've seen the chat log and it seems odd that you cut off the part where jack apologized about the speaker and said they would warranty it, all you had to do was send it in. Also wasn't this an issue 2 months ago and you are just now showing them pictures. And once again they said they would warranty it.

Now I will agree Jack may have used some language he shouldn't have. Word is he is on his way to a funeral in OK so perhaps you just caught him in a ****** situation. Not an excuse to speak like that but it should deserve some leniency.
first off you got your facts mixed up. i never got a quota warrantied, and second i was scammed by a b2 audio dealer on the zero1, i paid money for the amp and he stole it. **** rights they better make that right.so no they never ate it on 2 different amps. they never ate it on any amps. i told them about the issue awile ago. wasnt 2 months ago more like a month. and told them i would send them pictures when i could. i am in the middle of seeding right now i dont have alot of time for myself.

 
And it turns out he got these speakers for free!So to reiterate:

He got a free quota replacement, he got a zero.1, and free comps. And b2 has the ****** customer service.

Rldriver I didnt excuse what jack said. Even jay the owner of b2 didnt. But like I said given the situation at hand (heading to a funeral in OK) he deserves some leniency. This is wh at the first problem with b2's cs

And actually... I just spoke with Jack. He's in a bad place right now dealing with a loss. I'm surprised he took the time to even reply to the OP, honestly.

well for one i have never got any free product from b2. you want to know the whole story. i paid for a new b2 audio m1s amp, and you know what i got???? i got a demo model amp. i sold that amp and paid for a zero1 the dealer stole my money and deleted me off facebook blocked me and changed his number. the quota amp that blew, i never had warrantied. i paid for these speakers 110 dollars plus 30 dollars for shipping. i have never gotten free product or a discount. oh lets not forget the zero1 amp i got from b2 was also a demo model.

I'm sorry you've had such a shitty experience with B2. Like I said, I've never had anything but fantastic CS from them. And that was a raw deal yougot from that dealer. I remember that too. I guess one bad apple spoils the bunch. There's plenty of other companies to choose from, man. I wish you luck finding a suitable one.

no, i never recieved a new quota. luke was suppose to send me the money he stole from me, and i was going to buy the zero1 from jack. the price of the new quota was suppose to come off the price of the new zero1 and i sent jack 135 as well. well luke never sent me any money. so the 135 or quota never went towards a new amp.
