Notifications that will not go away, which take you to a 404 page when clicked.

So I see three 3 Notifications on my car audio forum dash, when I click on them it takes me to a page http://www.caraudio.com/forumsusertag.php?do=profilenotif&tab=quotes. A 404 Not found. Can someone look into this, remove those, explain what's going on? Thanks a lot.
