I was given a distribution block and was told one end is for the 4 gage wire and the other end has 4 holes for 8 gage wire so i can have 2 amps. when i went to a car audio store they didnt have any 8 gage and said that 10 gage will be fine. Can someone tell me if this is ok?

how much power are you pulling with your amps? if its over 100watts.. go with the 8awg. do not use 10awg.
