Not sure which way I should go..

I have two PG RSD12D's. The recommended sealed box size is .78- 1.2, ported is 1.8-3.2.

Would it be better to give the RSD's their recommended sealed box size, or have both of the subs in about 1.8 cubes ported? I know its a small ported volume for these two subs, but I want them to be loud as possible and I do not want to regret sealing them.

Which would you do?

Maybe the sealed @ their recommended "SPL" size would be the better way to go other than cramming them into a small ported box? Not sure...

I will be feeding them about 900 watts each, should get loud in a sealed? Or should I choke them slighty in a ported?

Which will be louder?

^ Two diff. opinions, that's what I keep getting.

I have a reg. cab truck, so I dont need to save room, but I have a limit. I wanted to use all of the room back there and 1.8^3 ft is about as much as I can squeeze from back there.

I guess two properly sealed would be better than porting them with too small of an enclosure..
