Not Enough Power

Setup:

Kicker CVT12 and Kicker 400.1 Amp - 2ohm

4Guage Amp wiring kit.

Whenever i got my system going, the lights inside the car, Console lights or w.e dim and sorta blink or something. and when i roll up my windows with the sub going, the sub sometimes cuts off for a few seconds then it continues.

This doesnt really bother me, but if its making me loose sound, it will..

So is there anything wrong, or is it normal.

THe Installers ran the AMP Power directly from the battery if that helps any.
