Noobish Bastard Here...

No Minimum 8 gauge power wire, 16-18ga speaker wire.
Head unit should have rca outputs, amp has inputs. Depending on head unit you may have to use a low pass filter to stop the sub from playing upper frequencies.
That's what I wanted to see, thanks cat.

Now, for the what wire goes when where part??

they don't seem to make eko wires any more. The wires you want to go with is just fine, i just don't like them is all, but should work.
RCA goes to RCA out from headunit, then goes to RCA input on amp.
Awesome, thanks man!

rca's from the back of the HU to the amp

noob
Not a noob. I'm a noobish bastard. BIG difference:laugh:

gotta be more specific than that
You answered my Q before I asked it. Thanks everyone! Gotta run, work's over!!!//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

as soon as you are able I'd replace those factory speakers (if they are still factory as you say...I'd be shocked if the prior owner bought an amp and didn't replace the factory speakers). The single best upgrade you can ever make to a car stereo is replacing the crap factory paper speakers.
Yeah, I definitely want to replace the factory stuff when I can...all the prior owner had in the the car was a Clarion head unit....
