Noob when it comes to good door speakers, HELP!!!

I am stuck on ideas for new door speakers for my Avalanche. I have door pods I want to install in the front doors, which will house a tweeter, a 4 inch speaker, and a 6.5 inch speaker.

I will be running the front speakers off of my 4 channel amp, 100 watts x 4 at 4 ohm, and running the back door 6.5's off the HU.

Can anyone offer up some recommendations as to some decent speakers, I currently have a pair of RE Audio RE components, but I want to add a 4 inch.

Help me please, as I want to run 100 watts to the components and 100 watts to the 4 inch, but I need some ideas as to some decent brands.

I am not looking at spending an ungodly amount, but just some decent sounding speakers to keep up with my subs a little better than what I have now.
