Noob question about multiple runs

With 2 runs I would run 2 positive cables off the front battery, fuse both cables, then run both cables to the battery bank (fusing each cable again before it gets to batteries, then connect them to the batteries. now from the batteries I fuse both cables again (6 fuses wow!) and then how do I put both cables in one hole in the amp????

you don't....distro block at the back if your amp doesn't accommodate the wiring.

why run 2 runs from the rear batts to the amp?

you don't.. you use 1 cable from amp to battery.

it's fine to run 2 cables from battery to battery, just run the proper sized wire that the amp accepts and leave it at that.

well my batteries are going to be about 4 foot or so from my amps.

you'll be fine with one wire between the rear batts and amp.
