all that being said what fuze size should i get.

i'm going to replace my orginal battery with a kinetik khc800, i'll be running a diamond d5 1200.1 pushing a fi 12" d2 possibly sealed, not sure as of yet. ohh original alt. also. dont have the funds to replace that.

also any suggestions as to what i may be missing/overlooking

With it being 1/0, i would go with the 250A. Do you have RCA's? Knu sells some dirt cheap for great quality.

Keep in mind that KLM wire is a pain in the butt to work with, very very stiff but if you don't mind that then the price is cheap.
