PPI ART A600 non-working

Item(s) Description/Condition:
I was going to have the 2 non working ones fixed and the A200 recapped but trying to fund more of my build
The PPI A600 powers off and on shortly but no sound there's no visual damage on the board, I'am the one who cut the warranty sticker shown in pics to inspect the board comes with the connectors
The PPI A200 works just fine but looks rough though I bought it untested so I'm the one who cut the warranty sticker to inspect the board befor I powered it up does not have the power or speaker connectors but are available on ebay
The Phoenix Gold ZX 450 does not power up and looks to have a bad resistor I have included picture below of the visual damage
