Noisy *** neighbors?

Anyone have noisy neighbors? A couple days ago I filed a noise complaint against my neighbors. It was about 12a.m. and I hear screaming, and yelling. I then hear loud music. I go down stairs and step out on the front porch to see what was going on. I hear my neighbors yellin' more, and playin' loud *** music. I decided to call the police department and file a complaint. Police show up, and tell them to quiet down. Everything was fine until the next morning when my girlfriend goes to leave for work. Our tire is completely flat. Brand new tire and it's flat?!?! I think it was my neighbors because tires that aren't even a month old, and one goes flat? I filled the tire back up with air, and it's held air. I highly doubt, although it is possible that it has a hole in it, but after 4 days it's held air, at full pressure. What do you think I should do? I won't do anything illegal, so don't tell me to do some stupid shit. In the lease agreement the property management uses, it specifically says you're not to have stereos playing at anytime during the day that disrupt others, and 'quiet' time is 9p.m. Should I contact the managers? I don't think the police can/will do anything about the tire, because I don't have proof. I thought about setting up a security camera in my car or in a tree aimed at my car, and call the police next time they get extremely loud, but I'm not sure if my camera will pick up much. They've lived here for about 2 months, and have never been quiet at night, let their kid run around stomping, and kicking the walls at all times of the night, and I have only filed a police complaint once.

I have actually tried to talk to them. About 3 weeks after they moved in. I figured that was enough time for them to get settled in, and moved in completely. They said they'd be quieter, but it never happened. I don't like childish games, so I won't go back there asking again, 'cause it'll be the same thing as last time.

I have delt with the same situation a couple times. I first tried to handle the situation by myself to no avail and the same shit just kept going on and on. So I then called the cops and they stopped for awhile. Then after the 2nd time, they moved, lol!

Right now we have this couple up stairs and their kid is noisy as all hell, which at her age is understandable to a degree, but the loud music late at night and early morning is enough to make me play their little game. I usually throw in the Peal Harbor movie in the PS3 and crank the home theater a good bit during the bombing. That usually shuts them right up!

"Going down and handling it like a man" Isn't asking them to turn it down. It's punching the first one to open the door right in the face. They are inconsiderate *****. And this guy shouldn't have to ask them anything. He isn't their mommy.

They know they are being loud and obnoxious. They just don't give a crap if it is bothering him. Call the cops on them again then set a camera up like you said.

They screw with your car, They go to jail. You can't hear them. Problem solved.

You did the right thing calling the cops. If they don't have enough respect for you to keep quiet why should you be respectful of them and keep going and asking them to quiet down. Just keep calling the police every single time and the camera idea would be good if you can afford it. Do not try to handle it yourself by going over there. People like this usually aren't very civil in the first place that's why they're so loud and careless.

Keep calling the cops then, obviously this isn't going to be handled easily... Eventually the cops will get tired of their bull shit and press the issue.
