Well I have seen these banners in some peoples sigs so I decided to check it out. How does my speed compare to other peoples? And im not very good with computers so I don't really know what kind of numbers are normal for the dl/ul and I dont even know what the ping means.

your almost 15 megs d/l and 3 megs u/l so yea yours is fast

mine clocks at like 10 megs and 2 megs upload

Farmershen - you may want to try a different server or try during non peak hours. That ping is WAY too high, which is also affecting your overal upload and download speeds.

I live in Lansing, MI, but the fastest server is generally the Chicago server for me whcih is not the one they recommend. I'd play around with it a little bit.

also keep in mind those are kiloBIT, but kilobyte. 8bits to a byte means you can divide those numbers by 8 to get real world download speeds in KB (kilobytes).

its a small business me and my dad run it..so we try to conserve..to be honest this 3mg is not bad for me..anything plus would be nice...
