ok here's the deal.. let me have all you're opinoins on this because me and my roomate are at the point where we feal there is nothing else we can do

ok me and my homboy got an apartment. it's a three level apartment, we live in the middle. im 22 he is 23. we make no noise what so ever ( wierd huh) well the couple upstairs are about 30-32 they have like seriously 5-6 kids... now im at work all day so i dont care if they run around from 8am-9pm but once it gose past 1am thats a kick in the nuts..( it sounds like there is a concert, kickboxing, and wrestling going on at on all at one time). so far i have called the cops 4 times all after 12am.. well last night me and my buddy came home from the bar. we where a litlle loud. and he had the balls to yell outside to tell us.... US to shut the f up!!! so we where like ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! now this ruckus upstairs has been going on for about 2 month's now..... we have tried to talk to them, bribe them. ect.... so it got to the point of just callin the po po.. well anyways he had the balls to do that last night.. if it wasent 3 am and we whernt worried about going to jail this dude whould have gotten stompped last night.. he ran outside trying to get us to fight him.......we just tould him you dont want to man.. seriously ( i know i would work him.. no doubt. but my roomate would have killed him..) he is 6'1'' 280. big dude.... but a calm dude and that's why we didnt choose to go down that road....

anyways.. im tierd of dealing with this back and forth bull sh*t... its getting old. i think the apartment manager's should put them in a lower level??? im mean it makes sence right???

anyone ever have this problem??? im half tempted to just play a low low 20-40 hz bass track on my home thater all day while im at work just to give them a taste of there own medacine but im not like that!!! plus it would only make matters worse.... after last night i lost total respect for the dude.. he was ignorant and throwin racial slurs left and right... it allmost got to the point where we where gonna stomp him.... but it's not worth it..........

this sucks......

any idea's???? solutions???

i so want to do it!!!! infact a buddie brought that up to us... they might not know where it's comeing from hehe... but im trying to stop all this... not escalate it!!!

im going to tell the manager of the complex here pretty soon. havent had the chance lately due to my work schedule..

last night i wanted to do a cannonball onto the windshield of his POS 1931 duatson or whatever he drives.... cause it really pissed us off that he had the balls to call us out like that!!!!! if would have been a lil bit more tipsy we would have been in jail, he would have been dead or in bad shape.....

What he said, see if you can get moved to a different apartment? Easiest way to get out of it. Unless other people are complaining its gonna be real hard to get them kicked out. The bass track sounds pretty good, just make sure you don't get kicked out for it, that'd ****.

BTW, wtf are they doin up at 1 in the morning all the time anyways? I assume its kids? Thats too **** late for most kids to be up (not talking teenagers, like little kids and stuff).

that's what we have personaly talked to them about...... kids dont stay up past 9!!!!!!! that's how it was for me when i was a youngin........ they let these kids do whatever!!!!!!! sometimes it sound like there about to come threw the cealing!!!!!!

Been there, done that.. Including having 'music wars' with the house systems, getting in fights, calling police, wiping dog shit on his doorknob etc..

My best advice is your slumlord probably does not give a shit and you will need to move.. again been there and done that several times you learn after a while what to look for in places.

If you want a place you can be loud and party you are going to have to deal with that shit. If you are quiet and don't really have people over like I did and sounds like you guys are the same way I would look for a place with old people or some other single guy living above you.

P.S. Top floor > all other floors, you can't hear shit from below you usually.. Sucks to walk up and have to carry shit up but again gives you more peace and quiet than middle or bottom..

I tell ya what there are some POS people in this world. Just a few minutes ago some OLD ******* cut in front of me then made a left turn. I pulled up beside him and he said that he DIDN'T cut me off and he's going to whip my ***! I just said forget it and left, but that kind of shit makes me angry.

There isn't really much you can do with a guy like that. I'd suggest just calling the cops every single time he makes to much noise.

But probably the best thing to do is find a different apartment. A good management should understand what your going through, and let you change buildings.

yea. we are really quite ( when we are home) we both work from 10am to 7 pm everday except sunday.... i come home drink a few smoke a joint.. and just relax and watch scrubs.... that's it... we rarly play loud music.. and dont watch any LOUD movies anytime past 9 or 10...... so i feal we are ok...it's them!!

ha ha. get dome doe in heat urine. u gan get it at most outdoors stores. it is the worst smelling of all deer urine! trust me i'm BIG into hunting.
