Noise

Yesterday I had no noise from my system, today I connected my sub and I get a lot of noise, it overpowers the music entirely.

I have tried a different amplifier ground, no difference. Tried switching RCA's, no difference. The noise is pretty constant, and constantly annoying. Any suggestions on what to check/try before I freeze to death outside?

Its a Pioneer 6800MP and Aura RPM4200 amp, front 2 channels go to some Infinity Kappa's and the rear channel is bridged to an ED 11 KV.2 (dual 2 ohm wired to 4ohm)

turn your amp down.....too much bass probably
I don't think that's it, I used the amplifier gains sticky to set my gains. They are barely even at halfway.

Going to try re-grounding the HU and wrapping the RCA's......

Update: Ok I did a quick search around on here and found the post about wrapping the RCA's on Pioneer HU's............. did that, plugged everything back in again, and............. no noise //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
