Noise worsens with isolator

After installing ground loop isolators on my satellite amp I found that my noise problem remained. I then drove for a few minutes and realized the noise was getting worse to the point that the noise almost drowned out the music. Does this indicate something?

ground loop isolators aren't good for the stereo as i heard...what kind of deck are you running? have close do you have your power wires and rcas running? How well are your amps grounded? hows your HU grounded? what kinda HU you have? have you tried wrapping RCAS?

head unit is a Pioneer Premier 490ib

rca's and power wire are on opposite sides of the vehicle

amp is grounded under back seat; sanded and tight

hu is grounded to metal frame in dash

i've also wrapped rca jacks on back of hu

amps are alpine mrv 1000 and mrv f400

the installer has also tapped into the rca jackets and grounded these to the chassis

Could it be the speakers themselves? How do I check them?

rca's are jl audio they were on clearance
