Noise sound maybe from RCA connection

Hi, I just finished installing aftermarket amp and I am using PACAUDIO C2A-CHY with the factory head unit, I get some noises not sure it come from, I am suspecting coming from RCA connections from PACAUDIO to RCA cables to amplifier. Has anyone had experiences with PACAUDIO product? And I use Y splitter, since the PACAUDIO only has 2 pairs RCA(front and rear), so I use Y splitter on the rear ones because I wanted to use one pair to connect to subwoofer amp and the other pair connected to 4 channel amp. Is this right? so I used 2 splitters, one for RCA white one for RCA red, so now I got 2 whites and 2 reds and then I use RCA cable to connect to one of the white and one of the red connected to 4 ch amp and the other pair connected to sub amp, has everyone had something like this before?

I just solved this by grounding the black wire coming out from Pac Audio C2A-CHY, I think this could be done also for any LOC that has a ground wire, it should be grounded if there are some noises.
