Kenwood DDX 812....iPod...Video Playback

I recently got a new headunit: Kenwood DDX 812 and its really nice but there is only one problem. How do you play video's off the ipod? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif For some reason when I try to play videos only sound comes out and I get a black screen.

lol yea if it's like my DNX 8120 i was like wtf!? one mine there is a box or something in the top left corner touch that and the videos will play sucks but i have to do it all the time i want to watch videos they don't show automatically
