No Sound Kenwood kdc 355u

I am pretty sure its wired correctly, deck turns, lights are on, looks like working correctly except 0 sound what so ever, not even static or any feedback complete silence, it reads my CD says what song is playing, but no sound, speaker RCAS from wiring harness it plugged it, I have a JBL stock amp for my speakers, i dont get it :S any suggestions?

if you are using the jbl interface adapter then make sure the volume settings are set to high

unless there is settings somewere, volume is all the way up, and loudness is set up, i dont know what else to set higher, but like its super low u cant really hear lyrics or anything, just enough to know something is on

i'm using a metra wire harness for jBL amplified systems 70-8113

oh man your right, i just plugged my factory back in low sound as well, the other day when I had no sound i plugged it in and it worked fine, i must have fuked something up somewhere, I just had my alternator fixed, installed it this morning, hmmmm i hope i didnt screw up the amp, i think it might be a power issue

get the regular toyota harness and bypass the amp. done

whats the vehicle we are talking about? factory speakers? if they are still stock make sure they are the 4ohm jbl setup if they are 2 ohm you will have to replace speakers or put in a different amp.
