No sound from speakers?

I have a 2004 Ford F150 FX4. Today I installed subs with the factory headunit and everything powered up properly untill I decided to move the amp and one of the Channels grounded out on the seat bracket and now I have no sound. What could have possibly happened? I checked all the fuses.

I think the headunit might be blown but I am not sure.

could've fried the amp. open it up and look for any black/burn spots

Yes the HU still turns on. The amp still works fine as well as the sub because we tested it in another car.
