No sound from alpine iva-d106

Hey guys,

Im trying to install this HU, and i am pretty sure everything is hooked up correctly. It powers up fine and i the subs are thumping but no music. Well, i shouldnt say no music. If i turn it up all the way, i can hear a bit of sound, very faint. Like what it should sound like on a 1. What am i doing wrong or whats wrong with my hu??
