No power at the harness

Alright, so I removed my stock HU today, got the wire harness on and hooked it all up to the alpine that's been sitting in my room. Came to turn it on and nothing (the HU works, I tested it prior to this)

I pulled all the connections apart for the harness, went online and looked up wire guides for both my vehicle (97 pathfinder) and the HU (alpine ida-x200). Still no luck.

I had removed the negative terminal on the battery so there shouldn't have been any blown fuses, but I checked just in case. In the fuse box, I have 2 audio fuses. Both look completely fine.

Finally I decided to see what exactly my problem was. Tested the power wires coming out of the harness with a DMM and they all read 0v. Some wires in the harness are still getting power, however. For example, I shorted the wire that raises the antenna and that worked.

checked em, everything is fine. i unplugged the neg. post anyways before i removed it so i cant see how anything could have blown

Double checked all my connections again this morning and everything seems fine. Still no power going to the headunit.

I removed the harness and decided to see if it was faulty or something, so I hooked up the factory HU back in it's place but that got no power too. I'm thinking there's like a half blown fuse somewhere. When I took off the negative post it was right after I put in the harness (not after I hooked it all up, but when I just clipped the harness in it's place)

Any other thoughts would be great
