i need alot of help...

I have a 2001 toyota avalon with the JBL upgrade with 2 type r's in the trunk connected to a kicker zx1000. My stock sub just blew and i want to get new speakers for the interior..

Does anyone know what size i have in the front and rear, and what is a good setup for both?

Also any way to replace the factory amp too? if so what brands?

I have no idea how much power (RMS) the stock speakers are already so if anyone knows that, then that will be a big help cuz i could try to see how powerful i would want to go...

its alot of questions, im a noob wit this stuff to be honest...its my first car and first system

thank you
