No FM reception help!!!

hello,

My car stereo just constantly scans through the FM channels but never finds one. AM radio seems to work ok, I checked the ground and it is plugged in. Does anyone know what else it could be? any help would be greatly appreciated.

did you check the ANTENNA LEAD? See if it's plugged in to the radio.

yeah check both the lead and the ant. connection inside wherever it's located my friend had the same problem and we stripped his trunk and found that his ant wasn't plugged in.

hey thanks for the response. the lead is the wire from the antenna mast to the radio right?

what kind of car is this? if it's a jeep i know what it is :-D happens all the time... but yeah check your connection behind the radio... make sure the antenna end is plugged into the cd player... and make sure it's plugged into the antenna itself wherever that's located
